Technical specifications for the creation of ePosters
Example ePoster station
Please submit your ePoster in landscape orientation:
- Number of pages: 1
- File format: .pdf or .pptx
- Poster ratio: 16:9
- Poster size in cm: 33,867 width x 19,05 height – landscape orientation
In case you wish to add a video to your ePoster, please keep these requirements in mind:
- File format: .pptx only
- Video formats: .mp4, .mpg, .avi
- Max. number: 5 videos
- Sound: not supported
Please note that your work will only be presented as an electronic poster, there will be NO classic paper posters.
You are kindly requested to upload your ePoster(s) prior to the conference. You will receive an invitation e-mail with an upload link to the “POSTERWALK” Submission Portal. Please use the upload link every time you want to upload and/or update your ePoster(s). Onsite submission will not be possible.
